The acer aspire on that i have.is the version that comes with the ATT 3g sim card slot (so this one is slightly higher in price than the standard non 3g compatible version which cost 359.99 more or less depending on where you go) I bring this up because it is interesting how much MORE powerful and capable the TX2 is than lets say a net book with just a mere 1gb ram and a 160gb hard drive (which by the way is on the larger side of the netbook industry for now) but yet be relatively so close in price. But dont be surprised because you are getting what you pay for literally. i cldnt even compare it to my dell 1730.but to be fair that is dells highest end laptop and mine falls in a price range of about 4 grand so yea not really fair to even try to compare.and hp does make HIGHER END tablets.but I also have an Acer Aspire one Netbook (160GB hard drive version) and its very interesting that the build quality of the Acer is actually better than this.

Warning for those out there considering this.let me just tell you up front Most of us Love this spite all the issues of actually acquiring one that didnt have some problem or the other.but there are some issues with this device that some considering this unit need to be aware of.įor starters The build quality is absolutely horrible. I have the 1020us model of it.and its great. I will offer my personal experience with this laptop (by the way i do love it.i have a dell XPS 1730 fully loaded for gaming and when i need to run multiple Ram and Processor intensive apps like doing some detailed work using different adobe design premium apps at the same time.so this laptop was really for me to be able lay in my bed and do work and some not so intensive photo shop ing a tablet when in photo shop is just so much smoother.and of course with my xps 1730 literally being the size and weight of a small TV lol.it was/is very uncomfortable to use while not sitting at a desk).ok so enough of that.

Ok guys in all honesty i only registered just to assist some people and save alot of you guys out there from a serious head ache.
